Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We want you riding with confidence with your purchase. Here's how returns, refunds, and warranty coverage work for orders placed on cyclecam.cc.

Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.

To qualify, products must come back in good condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

How to start a return:

  1. Email cyclecamcc@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization (RMA)
  2. We'll send you return instructions and the return address
  3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused. We're not responsible for return packages lost in transit, so we recommend a tracked shipping service.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

12-Month Warranty

All CycleCam hardware is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product qualifies, we'll repair or replace it (with a new or refurbished unit) at no cost to you, other than the shipping to send it back to us. Replacements are covered for the remainder of your original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Not covered:

  • Damage from crashes or accidents — but see our Crash Replacement Program, which exists precisely for this
  • Water damage beyond a product's stated rating, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Normal wear (scratches, scuffs, battery capacity decline within normal range)
  • Consumable parts such as straps, seals, and adhesive mounts, unless defective on arrival
  • Products bought second-hand or from unauthorized sellers

How to make a warranty claim:

  1. Email cyclecamcc@gmail.com with your order number, the product's serial number (if applicable), photos of the issue, and a short description
  2. Many issues can be resolved over email — we'll troubleshoot with you first
  3. If the product needs to come back, we'll issue an RMA and return instructions

Keep your proof of purchase; you'll need it for any claim.

Crashed your gear?

Crash damage isn't a defect, so it's not a warranty matter — but we don't leave you hanging either. Our Crash Replacement Program gets you a discounted replacement if an eligible CycleCam product is damaged in a riding incident within 12 months of purchase.
