Crash Replacement Program

Crashes happen. If your LX2 is damaged in a riding incident, we'll replace it at a significant discount — because the ride after a crash is exactly when you want a camera watching your back.

What you get

If your LX2 is damaged in a crash or riding incident within 12 months of your original purchase, you can purchase a replacement unit at 40% off the current retail price, including free standard shipping.

Who's eligible

  • You are the original purchaser, and the LX2 was bought from cyclecam.cc or an authorized retailer
  • The damage occurred in a cycling incident (crash, fall, or collision while riding)
  • Your claim is made within 12 months of the original purchase date
  • One crash replacement per unit

How to claim

  1. Email us at cyclecamcc@gmail.com with the subject line "Crash Replacement"
  2. Include your order number or proof of purchase
  3. Attach photos of the damaged unit and a brief description of the incident
  4. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
  5. Once approved, we'll send you a discount code for your replacement. We may ask you to return the damaged unit (return shipping label provided) before the replacement ships

If your crash was recorded, footage from the incident counts as documentation — that's rather the point of the product.

What's not covered

  • Loss or theft
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function (scratches and scuffs are battle scars — ride on)
  • Damage from misuse, modification, or non-cycling incidents
  • Units purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers
  • Mounts and accessories (available separately at standard pricing)

The fine print

The crash replacement discount applies to the same or equivalent current model. Replacement units carry the standard 12-month warranty from the replacement date. This program is separate from, and does not extend, your product warranty. CycleCam reserves the right to decline claims that show signs of intentional damage or fraud, and to modify or discontinue this program for future purchases (active claims under the policy in effect at your purchase date will always be honoured).
